ABR – The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers.

CLHMS – Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

CRS – The Certified Residential Specialist designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, CRS designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non-designee REALTORS®. CRS members who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best. Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists. That little percentage equals a huge advantage for agents looking to expand their real estate business, differentiate themselves from a million other agents, and put themselves on a proven path to success.

SRS – The Seller Representative Specialist designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers.

Platinum Top 50 – The Platinum Top 50 Awards Program annually recognizes fifty (50) residential Real Estate Professionals in San Antonio for their outstanding achievements in: sales, education, industry participation and civic leadership. Often referred to as the most successful and well-rounded Real Estate Professionals, Platinum Top 50 Winners exemplify: initiative, involvement, success, and philanthropy. Through participation in The Award Program, Real Estate Professionals experience various products and services by PT50 Preferred Affiliates, allowing them to be on the cutting edge of what is new and exciting in the marketplace.

Five Star Real Estate Professional – The Five Star Real Estate Agent Program is designed to identify real estate agents in a given market who satisfy objective criteria that are associated with providing quality services to clients. Award candidates are identified through nominations received by consumers. To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. The award process is conducted annually in each market.
